I'm Dr. Bernatsky, a board-certified and fellowship-trained New York City, NY, foot surgeon. I specialize in lower extremity trauma and foot & ankle reconstruction -- the focus of my fellowship at the University of Louisville Hospital. I am passionate about restoring my patient's foot and ankle health using the most advanced technology and treatment methods available today.
I graduated from the University of Florida (Go Gators!) and then received my doctorate of podiatric medicine from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. I then completed a residency at NYCPM, where I became the chief resident.
At NYCPM, I gave many lectures on various surgical topics to both residents and podiatric medical students. I'm ABFAS board qualified in both forefoot and rearfoot surgery and ABPM board certified.
Away From the Office
I'm an avid Florida Gator and Liverpool Reds sports fan. In my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors and exploring. You can usually find me hiking, skiing, fishing, or boating.
